Operated by 407 ETR since 1999, it provides transportation across the leading region for job creation in Ontario, contributing to better connectivity and improved flow of people and goods. <\/p>\n<p>This study aims to quantify the economic benefits from the use of Highway 407 ETR, as well as the economic impacts of its operation and investments by 407 ETR.
